Booking Terms & Conditions
- Prepayment Required: Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 6 business days prior to departure for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 5 business days of departure will incur a 25% non-refundable fee. The remaining balance will be held as credit for future travel.
- Vendor Costs: East Coast Coaches will withhold any costs incurred by vendors over the 25% cancellation fee to cover expenses.
- Pickup Times: All pickup times are approximate and may be affected by traffic and weather conditions. Please be ready at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
