Booking Summary
- Bookings close 3 days prior to departure.
- Final payment is due within 48hrs of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- Payment options: credit card (via invoice or phone) or direct deposit.
- Credit card surcharges apply and are disclosed at the time of payment.
- Refunds are subject to non‑refundable vendor costs plus a $10 AUD administration fee.
- Passengers must arrive at least 10 minutes before departure and follow all instructions from East Coast Coaches staff and partner venues/operators.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed once payment is received or a payment arrangement has been accepted.
- The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all passengers understand and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- All prices are in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change until the booking is confirmed.
- Online bookings receive an invoice via email with credit card or direct deposit options.
- Phone bookings may also receive an emailed invoice.
- Passengers without email/computer access may pay by credit card over the phone. (surcharges apply)

- Bookings close 3 days prior to departure.
- Final payment is due 5 days prior unless otherwise arranged.
- Credit card surcharges:
- 2.2% for phone payments
- 1.8% + $0.25 for emailed invoices
- Direct deposit has no surcharge.
- Direct deposit references must include the passenger's name or invoice number.
- Payments without clear references may be delayed or remain unallocated.
- Cancellations may be made by phone or email.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be reduced by:
- Any non‑refundable vendor costs (e.g., prepaid tickets, meals, third‑party services)
- A $10 AUD administration fee
- No refunds apply for:
- Non‑attendance
- Late arrivals
- Unused services
- These Terms do not exclude rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Passengers must arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure.
- Passengers must ensure they are medically fit and suitably prepared for the tour.
- Passengers must follow all instructions from East Coast Coaches staff and any associated venue or operator.
- Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Liability
- East Coast Coaches takes reasonable care to ensure passenger safety; however, tours involve inherent risks.
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Passengers are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
- East Coast Coaches is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or country in which East Coast Coaches is operating at the time the tour is provided.
